This notice explains what BIG GS DEV LTD collects when you use Vesnoro (vesnoro.com), why, and what you can do about it. In this notice "EEA" means the member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area, and for the purposes of this notice it also includes the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Account data — your email address, a hashed password, and the name you enter for a certificate. Learning data — which lessons you opened and finished, test results, listening time, streaks, badges and certificates. Onboarding answers to five questions. Payment data — handled by our payment provider — we receive the fact and status of a payment, never your card number. Technical data — IP address and browser type in server logs.
To give you access to what you paid for, to remember where you stopped, to issue certificates, to answer support requests, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
With our hosting and payment providers, acting on our instructions, and where the law requires. A certificate you choose to share becomes public at its own link and shows only the name, the course and the date of issue — never your email.
While your account exists, and as long as tax and accounting law requires payment records. Delete your account and learning data goes with it.
Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Traffic runs over HTTPS. Course audio is served through single-use signed links tied to your account.
We are established in Cyprus, in the European Union, and our servers are in the European Union. Some providers we use — for example, to deliver email — process data outside the European Economic Area; for those transfers we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or on the Standard Contractual Clauses — ask support for a copy.
Our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you (access, progress, certificates); our legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention); and your consent where it is asked for. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Write to support@vesnoro.com and we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
This section adds detail required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and applies only to California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Because we do not sell or share it, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" process to complete — but you may still send any CCPA request to support@vesnoro.com, and we verify it against the email address on the account. Under California's Shine the Light law you may request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; we make no such disclosures.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and Texas — have equivalent rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their data, and to appeal a refused request. Use the same address above; if we refuse a request you may appeal by replying to our answer.
We handle personal information in line with PIPEDA. You may ask for access to your information and challenge its accuracy, and you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, and store your language and theme choice. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
The service is not intended for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
